It was nothing like it was described and nothing like the pictures. The place was very small. It describes cooking facilities but it all it had was i microwave. The balcony is tiny and boarded up so is of no use. The pictures of the room i booked made it look massive with a dining table and fridge freezer, it had none of these. I checked out straight away and found somewhere else to stay. They refused to refund me.and expedia were of no use either.

I really like Artemis Place Makati. The staff were all nice. The room was clean and they really did a good job, kudos to housekeeping. Place was accessible to everything. Easy to get transportation whether it is Grab, LRT/MRT, jeepney, ebike and etc.

Staffs were really nice. Property seems to be a little outdated bur was clean. The building is not sound proof. You could hear my kids in the halway playing throughout the floor.

Poor hygiene, smell of moulds and mildew from the lifts, the room is ok but not clean. The linens and towels smells like it wasn't wash properly. The towels are really old. Not a place I will recommend.

What is amazing about this hotel is the staff. They are very courteous, polite and just over all very nice. Too bad my room was just ok. It smells like urine all over the room I was in. They also need a good budget for new towels. I was drying myself with sandpaper. It's a very promising accommodation good thing the redeeming quality is the staff. They were very easy to talk to and helpful.
