Everything was perfect and a big kudos for the concierge who never stopped trying to assist me deal with a courier over a delayed bag from Phillipines Airlines, he went above and beyond and showed what customer service is all about. Denmark and Albert along with other staff were amazing. One of the nights there was a party or wedding on the floor above us so it was a little loud. I called and let the front desk know and they brought dessert and a nice bottle of wine and a card apologizing for the party being to loud. It was awesome!

Housekeeping was a bit inexperienced- didn’t change top blanket or pillow cases. Didn’t clean floors at all. All purchased food and drinks were overpriced. Smell of mold was prevalent and the ac in the room caused major congestion. Overall- not bad but need to improve some things.
