Staff not friendly, worst service, our room has cockroach. Hotel didn’t take action or didn’t handle properly the issue. Ask you to pay extra towel for $150 even you are a hotel guest. The couch has locked you have to pay for it php1865 just to use the sofa bed for extra person.locker room attendant not respectful. Breakfast buffet served cold..front desk staff are not friendly also.everything you do has a value.
That’s the cockroach from our room.

Good location but a little tired

Good location in Pasig City, room was a good size but quite rundown. Hot water was only tepid, and no laundry service unless long stay customer. There is a laundry service nearby, but not very convenient for a business traveller. Breakfast was a comprehensive selection. Water spa tickets a bonus if time to try.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice, hotel policy stated 300 pesos for use of pool but never stated for 4 hours only and 300 pesos per day, also never heard of no phone policy and no pictures allowed taken in pool areas.

First of all, I am thankful to Expedia's partnership with Ace for offering the lowest price among other OTAs. Then thank you so much, Ace, for your consistent excellence, in the spa's cleanliness and therapeutic effect. It's my 3rd time to swim there. Then it's my first time booking the room and I was also happy. The lowest budget bedroom was beautiful and clean, too. I also so appreciate the free breakfast buffet! Yummy food and great ambiance with warm atmosphere. Also, we left an item there and when I came back for it, the staff had it and gave it to me. Wow at the safety and integrity. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for including the free parking for our stay. We just needed to validate it regardless of how many times we go out and it's still free. Know what, I will definitely come back again and recommend you to everyone. My hubby and I really enjoyed. Keep up the great work!!! :)

I love the staff for doing their best with what they have, just never give a kitchen knife when a guest asked for a butter knife. Plastic utensils for room service? I don't think they clean the bathroom as much as they should. Food was okay or great depending on your appetite. The Thursday Manager was awesome, so are the reception staff. Host/Hostess... well, I went to get a buffet for the evening and she asked me if I was there for the evening buffet. I really had to stop myself from responding "no I'm here for breakfast". I know some staff are just being cordial but some of the questions they ask are just plain s...... Now for the water spa.... I can't wear a swimming short but you can rent one. Seriously. Just for the fun of it, I went to a shop and bought a seamless underwear that was a bit sheer and I was allowed to use it.... Go figure. Will I stay here again or recommend this hotel ? Hell no !!!!!

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are older and the shower tiles should be re grouted. Other than that the room is clean. The towels are kind of old. The lobby smells good but the hallway on my floor smells funny. I would still choose this hotel because of the low price on Expedia

This was a nice hotel, the only problem I saw was it was very tough to get a taxi fast. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. If you get down to breakfast at the wrong time there won’t be much to eat.

The hotel was out dated the room had not been updated including the shower fixtures and faucets the exhaust fan was leaking condensation on our towels and belongings. Other than that the room worked for our needs it was large and had everything we needed they had to replace our refrigerator because it wasn’t working. We have stayed here many times and this is the first time we have not been happy. The surrounding area is full of everything anyone could need.
