O quarto com cama de casal era pequeno, pra dormir serve bem. Todas as tomadas são 220v. O secador de cabelo tem que pedir na recepção. Pode pedir um travesseiro a mais na recepção também. O quarto não tem guarda roupa, mas tem cabideiro. O café da manhã é bem completo, gostei. O estacionamento é amplo, organizado. A equipe de funcionários é bem prestativa. Os preços dos itens que vende na recepção são bem elevados, uma opção melhor é ir até o Economart que fica próximo e comprar as coisas lá, como escova e creme dental, petiscos e vocês. O quarto não tinha frigobar, então não leve algo gelado pensando em guardar durante a estadia.

O atendimento na recepção muito lenta, para ser atendido levamos 45 minutos. O quarto 255 péssimo estado de conservação. Cortina e paredes totalmente mofados. Ao qual minha crise de sinusite atacou. Reservei 2 quartos pelo hotéis.com porque apenas 1 não comportaria minha família: eu, meu esposo e meus dois filhos de 2 e 5 anos. Já pra minha surpresa, nos colocaram em quartos distantes em andares diferentes (355 e 564), o que atrapalhou nossa dinâmica. Não houve conversa: o hotel estava cheio e não teve como remanejar. Ok! Ao chegar no quarto, percebi que o controle do ar não estava funcionando e por tabela, não dava pra ligar o ar. Estive na recepção entregando o controle por volta das 18h e disseram que era a pilha e que iam trocar. Ao voltar, por volta de 21:30h, passamos na recepção e o único atendente não sabia onde estava e não pôde procurar porque tinha uma fila imensa. Meu esposo foi até o quarto dele, pegou o controle do ar do quarto dele e conseguiu ligar o ar. Porém, o ar não gelava. Tentei mandar msg no whatsapp da recepção conforme orientação e não tive nenhum retorno e meu esposo foi, de novo, na recepção e nada. Eu e minha filha passamos uma noite muito ruim e suando horrores. Ao fazermos o check-out falei com a atendente que gostaria de registrar uma reclamação e, ao fazer, ela respondeu apenas: "aham". LAMENTÁVEL.

O hotel é novo. Fica na entrada da cidade. Do lado da rodovia. Pir isso, dê preferência aos quartos dos fundo. Eles são mais silenciosos. É um Ibis Budget mas com lay out de Styles. Muito bom!
