This hotel covered basic needs such as a place to sleep and clean up. When in NY that's basically all that's needed since we're out on streets rest of time. It has free internet but when everyone is back in rooms before dinner or at night it is very slow and interrupts easily. Makes for tough planning using transportation needs or restaurant suggestions.

Outside the reception staff, everything about the hotel and service was disappointing. The room was old and dingy. Missing faucet top, housekeeping screaming outside the door to each other, drilling in the next room at 9am, the free breakfast was also disappointing.
