The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Dining options were within walking distance and an Aldi next door. The hotel itself could use some love. The front entrance was clean and tidy but the side door had trash overflowing the trash can when we got there and it was like that when we left which led to trash in the parking lot. There was exposed metal from the bedframe that really could hurt someone. The light switch for the vanity mirror would turn off when the switch was in the middle position only. Our stay was fine outside of these items.

The price is reasonable. The staff was great, especially out the very cheerful young lady who was in charge of the breakfast. The food was good with good amount of choices. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

The entire staff was so nice. Ms T and Brooke were super friendly abd talkative. The front desk lady was very nice as well. The rooms were comfy, clean, and very dark when the blackout shades were drawn. The lobby has tea and lemon water, coffee and mints on hand. The place is small and homey. Breakfast was good Parking is easy. Location is great. I would 100% stay here again. I have nothing bad to say. All places should have a staff as nice as this one does.

Good location and close to numerous dining and shopping options. AC worked great! Dropped a star because the bathroom door in our room did not close properly. Not a big deal as it was just my husband and I in the room, but maybe something to get fixed before the next guest thinks it is a big deal.

Stopped with two little ones. Pool was closed for maintenance. Nice and quiet location. Miss T was the breakfast attendant and she was the highlight of the stay. Very friendly and outgoing. Went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care and had everything they needed. Front desk clerk was also very friendly. If it wasn't for the staff this hotel would have scored lower

I always stay at best western when I come into town. Front desk service was awesome Ray did a great job taking care of me, The breakfast attendant was super awesome as well.
