Staff was very friendly and helpful. Son was in town at the same time and we were able to add an additional bed for about $15 a night to the room which was very helpful. Breakfast buffets was good but neg. To much bad oils in omelette preparation. Other than that a great stay in what is a little older hotel. There is a mall right across the street with stores and restaurants. Also a very good hospital in walking distance.

Sliding glass door would not close. Towels were dingy and had stains on them. Bath mat was very dirty. We have stayed at your hotel for the past 3 years and have to say it's going downhill rapidly. Breakfast selection was not so great. Coffee was very bitter. What happened to the coffee dispenser you have had in the past? Bellboy was very helpful.

The hotel was very nice and tidy but there is a lack of cleanliness. The tables and general areas are not wiped down and disinfected. Other than that the hotel is very nice and convenient, the air conditioning could have been better. But over all it is a nice hotel and I would plan on staying there again.

The staff was good. But their bathroom needs renovation. The tiles you can see the black grout coming out and the white grout almost detached from the tiles. Bathroom towels are dirty dirty white, needs replacement. The only thing good in this hotel is near the parkmall and walking distance. Breakfast is not so inviting. They should change the cook. Food is terrible.
