“Hotel se ve muy bien pero cuando uno observa en detalle, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. ”

“Lovely hotel, garden atmosphere, wonderful staff, on site restaurant. safe and clean.”

“The staff will all get full marks for their friendliness, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, but small. I started my trip at the Aurora and was delighted to return and end it there - and enjoyed their evening free cocktail in the top floor restaurant. ”

“El hotel está situado en frente a la estación de trenes, lo que hace que sea muy facil de explicar a los tuc tuc si te tienen que llevar al hotel. El desayuno es bueno. El único problema es el poquísimo inglés que maneja el personal (que es muy amable), lo que impide que te expliquen cualquier cosa respecto de la ciudad.”

“Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. ”

“El hotel está bien ubicado, está limpio y el personal es muy amable y servicial, pero la habitación tiene los techos bastantes bajos y son bastantes pequeñas. Además de noche se encendía un motor que hacía ruido por todo el hotel y no se podía descansar bien, ya que molestaba bastante. El desayuno ni bien ni mal.”

“Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll...

“Communication with the staff proves difficult because of their very basic level of english. They dont have even the most basic information such as bus schedules for nearby popular destinations.”

“ The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. ”

“Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.”

“This hotel is in a good location. But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the...

“Adequate for the low price”
