Was in Talara for Business and there really isn't many options... This is one of the few good ones but still lacking a few things like gym, better food options, better wifi etc..

One of the best hotels in Talara

I always stay at this hotel, because in Talara there are not much clean places to stay. Is not a five stars but they offer all basic services that you need in a bussiness trip. They offer a small buffet in breakfast, and a nice room service with variety of meals. If I have to talk about cons, probably they need to improve furniture, some are old with moho.

Al llegar al hotel lo primero que me llamó la atención fue que la administración no tuviera la data correspondiente de nuestra reserva, tanto así que nos pidieron que les enviamos por correo copia de esta información Las sorpresas no terminaron ahí, la habitación con un mantenimiento regular, algunas paredes despintadas, la limpieza de la ducha pésima , en general se ve una habitación bastante descuidada La ropa de cama bastante bien así como así como el resto del amoblamiento del cuarto. El desayuno sin ser buffet cumple, aunque la atención es regular. Al personal deberían de entrenarlos mejor, la carta de presentación de cualquier hotel esta en su personal, ellos son los que finalmente determinan la satisfacción de nosotros los usuarios En general creo que las 3 estrellas le quedan muy grandes
