Great location. Very clean. Room overlooked River. 24/7 coffee and snacks in lobby. List of local restaurants and events posted outside elevator door. Restaurant in motel as well as Cotton, a very nice restaurant next door. Lots of parking. Breakfast was very nice. Roomy breakfast/ lobby area. Also pool table in lobby was a nice addition.
