We booked this stay for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The lovely touches of our bags being taken to our room for us having left them earlier, the 5pm Prosecco and being able to have a cocktail brought to the room in the evening were all fab. We loved breakfast in bed and the choices suited us perfectly. The location is great - close to town and everything we wanted to do. We will are already planning to return next year!

Great staff, beautiful hotel, our 2nd visit to The Cow Hollow although it has been a few years but excellent to see that it is still as great as the first time. Really welcoming staff and all super helpful. Great location for shopping, great coffee and brunch spots nearby.

All of the staff were fantastic, everyone was so friendly and keen to help, they really made us feel welcome. All of the little perks were a wonderful touch like free hot chocolate, cookies, prosecco and antipasti. Would definitely stay again

We visit Manchester regularly to visit our daughter. Perfect small, boutique hotel to be based in the city centre. Staff all lovely and so helpful. Great bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

Great location. Warm friendly welcome and very friendly and attentive staff. Lovely little extra touches with complimentary prosecco and nibbles, cookies and milk for bed and complimentary coffee. Only negative about the room was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes other than the dedicated hook on the door.

What find stunning hotel , great location , attentive staff . Highlights breakfast in bed at a time to suit , breakfast not to everyone’s taste but I loved it . Free Prosecco and nibbles between 5-7 . Late night cookies and milk . Free coffee tea 24 hrs and large water bottles in your room . Room hairdryer straighteners lovely toiletries.. think only thing missing would be a wee biscuit in your room to go with your tea. The bed was so comfortable.Some great recommendations listed in the room which we visited a few , Mala and a jazz club .. will definitely stay again .

Amazing staff in a ‘different’ hotel. Lovely experience, with a glass of Prosecco and bubbles, and other complimentary items which were lovely touches. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to the room. In places the room could do with some refining, there was a hole in the wall where the door closer had hit it, paint cans visible under the stairs. Minor points but at this price point is worth considering. Great location in town close to lots of bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very reasonably priced and we got upgraded for free! There’s loads of extra freebies and perks, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room was really comfy and modern and the location was ideal. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay

Staff were super friendly and the hotel was close to everything. Got a complimentary glass of prosecco and nibbles which was a lovely gesture. Room was in the basement and was nice and quiet so had a good sleep. Linen and pillows good quality and toiletries smelt gorgeous.

Lovely restored building, very quirky. Lacks storage space but if you’re only there for 1 or 2 nights this is unlikely to be an issue. Extremely comfortable beds. We experienced some outside noise very early in the morning (shouting & smashing bottles) but this wouldn’t deter me from booking again, we really enjoyed our stay.

A cracking hotel with lovely rooms, really comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast (which is delivered to your room) was fabulous. Absolutely loved it, and will definitely be back. The only slight niggle was it is fairly noisy (very drunk loud neighbors) but there are earplugs supplied, in the room.
