The staff were great. The room was clean and nice. We had a window problem that was corrected quickly. Toiletries were fine. The only reason for a 4 rating is the continental breakfast was not good - the bagels, muffins & pastry were stale and the coffee was not good. It was a great location. Unfortunately many stores and restaurants were closed on Sundays & Mondays, not the hotel’s fault something to note if visiting Concord NH.

Another wonderful stay. As usual, the front desk person was incredibly kind and helpful (let us check in a little earlier as I wasn’t feeling well) and the housekeeping was fantastic as well.

This building is lovely. We stayed on the two days that the restaurant wasn't open, so I can't comment on that. It was dead quiet though and that was the most important thing to me. I always google reviews that say the hotel was quiet. It was. We were able to park within easy distance of the door where you'd bring in luggage. The staff were friendly and available.

Restaurant is only open currently a few nights per week and only offers continental breakfast for guests. Full service hotel should be just that, full service. Overall, property condition is good to very good if you like historic hotels. People were great. Will likely stay there again.
