It was a very basic room. There was no fridge, no microwave,no shampoo,no blow-dryer... For the money I was surprised. I needed a last minute room during to weather. The air conditioner was held together by tape. The grounds seems to be freshly taken care of. There was a lot of activity on the grounds. Definitely not my kind of place.

However, regarding the room not having a microwave nor fridge, upon investigating I saw that you reserved a standard room which doesn't consist of the listed amenities. On your next stay should you require such amenities please feel free to reserve on of our Deluxe or Superior rooms. The bed has burnt cigarette holes, some kind of blood stains or whatever it was,the bed was so crappy that I could make the top of the bed become part of bottom with just the push of my hand, metal springs with no filling is the way it felt, no electrical sockets to connect my Apple TV in the tv area, one electrical socket near the bed without a cover besides the ones one the table near the bed as well, water damage in the ceiling and the room smells really bad a combination of crap and a wet old basement . I have a video to prove it and I went to the front desk and tried to get my money back or get transferred to another location as soon as I walked in the room and I was told that there was absolutely nothing he could do so my girlfriend and I were forced to spend the night because, we had no more extra money or place to go

People were knocking on my door rhe last night. When we left in rhe morning we checked under the bed to see if we left anything and found a box with 8 crack pipiez in it. I gave it to rhe front desk.

Desk staff was nice. Got to my room and it was gross, hair on 2 if the 4 pillows and hair on the toilet. Went to the front desk and the staff changed my room. Got to my new room and it looked clean. Checked the sheets and everything was ok. Went out for a few hours and came back. Turned the bed down and noticed something by the corner if the bed and i kicked something on the floor. Ummmmm well they didnt clean the room well because someones cover up bottle was on the floor just under the bed and a pipe of some sort. Its 1am and im so uncomfortable. I took video and photos.
