Very average really, staff were fine, room was okay, bathroom was fine as well. Did not try the food and drinks. Was a good location but a bit noisy being next to a tram stop.

The rooms are budget style but with the price of a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable The door to the room felt flimsy, not like other hotels I stayed in, where the door felt solid. WiFi was intermittent, TV did not work. Wanted to check out 1 hour later, was told it would cost extra £10 and further £10 for every extra hour.
