I was pleasantly surprised to find the bed comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful expecially Doris who greeted us at the front desk and was able to answer my questions.

Staff was extremely friendly, the diner right next door to the hotel was so convenient to have, the pool and spa were enjoyable and there are many places to shop nearby including The Mall of New Hampshire!

Our stay was horrible. We asked for a room change and they said they couldn’t. We asked for a king bed as I am a larger person so is my husband. I just had surgery. My plans was to lay on the couch We were suppose to have in the room. I ended up sitting up on the desk chair all night.
