Staff were so friendly and helpful - we arrived after midnight after flight delays, with 3 small children, and the staff gave them warm biscuits, rushed to find crayons and colouring for them and were generally so friendly, it made it such a relief to arrive at the Doubletree after our journey.

This was just a overnight stay prior to a morning flight. I arrived at 3.30 so I was checked in and in my room in three minutes. Staff all very helpful. Everything you would expect from this hotel chain was available. There is a shuttle bus from the terminal to the hotel,but it’s directly opposite the train station. It’s a easy walk from the station to the hotel taking 3 minutes. (Free).

We are a family of 5 - 2 adults 3 kids and the rooms here are great - all in same room. Only downside is every time we stay the rooms are set up for 4 but yet paid for 5 so always a towel /mug and water short. Have stayed many times and gets a bit repetitive having to ask for basic items. Bar and food menu good and relaxing atewas. Pricey but it's an airport hotel so expect that

If you like a nice clean modern bathroom, this is not the hotel for you. Stayed in a family room and the room definitely could do with modernising and a deep clean. There simply shouldn’t be mould in a hotel bathroom. I asked for it to be cleaned and came back to see the mould all still smiling at me. Staff were okay… especially the ones involved in breakfast.. Breakfast was nice. Overall average stay and sadly wouldn’t be staying here again.

Bar supervisor and bar staff resolved payment issues effectively which was good. Thought breakfast wasn't upto the usual standard for a Hilton fried eggs were hard and had to wait 10 minutes for others which weren'tmuch better. Hash browns over cooked, beans and mushrooms luke warm.

The hotel is clean but needs a little updating. The staff were great and very helpful and we didn't have breakfast. The hotel is very close to T2 & T3 at Manchester airport and the train station although there is also a shuttlebus. I would definitely stay again.
