We’ve stayed here multiple times when we come to the area to visit our grand daughter. The hotel is one of the nicest in the area. The food in the restaurant is good and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the cost of items in the little snack shop are a bit high.

It was a great stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The two complaints we had were-no covered walkway to garage and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work.

Nice place to stay the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The outside of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous but the inside is a bit on the dated side. It was clean but could tell it was in need of a bit of an upgrade. Parking garage is available but the ceiling height was EXTREMELY low so just be aware! There is also no continental breakfast but the restaurant is nice. Overall I would stay here again if I were in the area

Each staff member at this hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed was super comfortable. As I read in another review and agree, the heating/ac units are extremely loud and vibrate. Even after we shut ours off, we were still woken by the vibration of the room either next door or above/below ours. Wish they could fix that. One letdown was that there was a large group of children (maybe a younger soccer team) and parents staying at the hotel and they took over the pool and hot tub. It was so noisy that we couldn’t use either. Since the reason why we booked here was for those amenities, we were disappointed. Lesson learned to inquire if there will be large groups of children before booking. But overall, this is a great place to stay.
