Wonderful staff, polite, genuinely kind and helpful. Newly renovated building in a great area, lots of options for food (we did a fancy lunch one day at pressed cafe and trader joes the next) and light shopping (Marshalls Tjmaxx etc.) Great indoor pool with an attached outdoor patio area with tables. Had unexpected family at the house and this was closer to my work, ended up feeling like a mini vacation. Invited fiancée and kids to swim and they loved it. Fun and economically priced.

All staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We extended our stay by four days. Close to airport, Bedford and Manchester as well as major highways. We were in and out so did not check out the pool or exercise room. We did not partake in breakfast but did try the snack bar, could not really call it a restaurant, and were not impressed. That would be our only complaint. Otherwise, very nice property for the price.

Rooms are spacious and clean with great beds. Property was spotless with an indoor pool. I am only not giving excellent due to $16 additional breakfast cost which was not good or appetizing and should be free especially as it was not to a standard you would expect considering the pride they take in the rooms. Lift was very slow. I would stay again though

Both the staff and our suite at the Four Points by Sheraton were great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful! We were taking an early flight out of the Manchester airport and it’s only 2 miles away, so that was incredibly convenient as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was cordial. I would highly recommend staying here. The only negative was that the breakfast buffet was overpriced for powdered eggs, etc. Go out for breakfast.

Spent 6 nights at hotel. I interacted with several of the front desk staff and every one of them was excellent. Went over the top with questions, helped provide everything I asked for and was very friendly. No complaints about staff - 10/10. Only complaint was it seemed every ice maker was out of service but I’m sure they were trying to resolve that issue.
