The facilities were nice and the staff was great. We came to visit the area and there was not a lot of information available at the hotel (not a deal breaker, as it wasn't their job to entertain us). We left a day early as it felt like our bed tipped backwards at the head and I could not get comfortable causing severe back pain. They would not refund me for the night do to corp policy but we will see if the trip insurance works. I would recommend to anyone traveling. Clean, staff was pleasant, facilities were everything we wanted...just wasn't for the get away we hoped for
