2泊3日利用しました とてもスタッフが優しく、ホテルから駅までの 送迎もしていただき凄く助かりました 庭園付き温泉も夜景一望できて楽しかったです 夜も夕飯頼んでなくても軽食用意していただいて、アイスも飲み物も無料で用意してあって すごくサービスたっぷりで最高です 家族でとても楽しい時間過ごせて助かりました！ またご縁ありましたらよろしくお願いします

施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。
