Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, my request for room with a sunny balcony and high floor was arranged. The room was clean & the bed was huge and comfortable. The pool is clean and I was always able to get a sunbed. Overall I had a great stay and I will be retuning ☺️

A nice little hotel on the outskirts of Side, but not far from the harbour and ruins. Very friendly front desk staff. Decent size room with sunny little balcony. Excellent valus for money.

The air conditioner in the room dripped water on our heads all night, when we told manager in the morning, they were not so concerned, the reception area smelled Very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. On the other hand, the staff were lovely

Hotel where could easily stay again

Room: The room was nicely decorated and small things like pictures on the wall and small carpet on the floor and kettle with coffee/tea set made it feel cozy. AC was included in the price same as internet, which was working well in the hotel area and room. Breakfast: It was simple small breakfast, which could be problem for a picky eater but we were able to find something to eat each time. Only minus was that some things, like butter, cheese and salami, wasnt served from cold plates. As that can be risky, we didn't face any stomach issues anyway. Pool and common areas: Smaller pool area but still didn't feel too crowded. Overall felt that pool, lobby and common areas were clean. Customer service: We had few small issues in the beginning but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and fixed everything. It was real customer service with a smile, which we appreciated a lot and we felt welcomed all the time. Overall we were happy with the hotel and could definitely stay there again.

Good stay, but some issues

We had a good stay here but it could be much better with some simple adjustments. The lights above the bed and the balcony light had no bulbs, the light by the entrance didn’t work. So we just had one small light for the whole room. A kettle and some coffee sachets were provided - but no cups!!! Very odd. The balcony door had a broken handle and the door was loose which meant it wasn’t soundproof. The bathroom door needed slamming to shut it. There was also no housekeeping so no toilet paper was replenished. Check-in was good with breakfast and pool times explained. Breakfast was adequate. Pool was very clean with nice sun beds. Wi-Fi - this was poor in our room which was a big negative, extremely unreliable. A lot of the issues should have been picked up by hotel staff beforehand, but we coped without causing a fuss.

Keinerlei Infos beim Check in, alles musste erfragt werden. Personal spricht kaum englisch. Zimmer sehr sehr klein und eng, Doppelzimmer wurde zu Drei Bett Zimmer umfunktioniert, Balkon so klein dass ein Aufenthalt von 3 Personen nicht möglich ist. Bad klein, eng und schmutzig. Fugen schimmelig, Wasserkocher Deckel gebrochen und verkalkt. Klimaanlage funktioniert mäßig und ist sehr laut. Kein Strandshuttle vorhanden und der Hotelstrand ist 30 Minuten entfernt! Wir haben unseren Urlaub aufgrund der katatrophalen hygienischen Zustände vorzeitig abgebrochen.

L'hôtel est très agréable . Les chambres avec la terrasse attenante à la piscine . Des chambres propres et confortables avec thé et café. Il faut marcher un peu pour aller à l'antique Side , mais l'hôtel est dans un quartier tranquille et le personnel très sympa.
