Room is very spacious,larger than most other hotel rooms. but at Villa Amazônia you must order your breakfast from a menu. It was bizarre and unnecessarily difficult for English speakers.

The friendliness of the service at this hotel was outstanding. They were helpful, the hotel was clean, the restaurant and the bar on the premises were a hit. Perfect boutique hotel for a stay in Manaus

Fantastic hotel! Great location close to trips to the Amazon rainforest. Peaceful, amazing restaurant and bar, convenient gym and had a wonderful massage at the hotel itself. Last but least every single staff member is friendly, helpful and accomodating. They provided great guide suggestions and directed us to a very nive shopping centre within 15 minutes drive away.

The staff were very friendly and many spoke English which was a great help to us. They went out of their way to provide what we wanted. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The food was very good and the breakfast was so different and enjoyable. We would highly recommend hotel this to anyone.

This is the best hotel in the City of Manaus. The professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of common areas as well as room, the awesome breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant Fitz were some of the highlights. The hotel is very attractive and appropriately ‘Amazonic’ but with a modernist influence. The pool is beautiful as well as the lush gardens around it. Villa Amazônia is located downtown and steps away from the Amazonas Theater… a great place to be.

Excellent hotel but beware of their luggage policy

Gorgeous hotel - decor with the “forest” theme throughout. Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely pool day and night time. Fantastic restaurant with great food. Staff members were very friendly. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that they refused to store our suitcases when we spent a night in the Amazon jungle because it was their policy. We had reservations before and after our jungle trip, and they gave no advance warning about this policy until I just happened to mention our plan when we checked in. They were extremely rigid about it without offering any solution. This caused a huge panic to us. Thankfully our tour group was very accommodating but it meant our tour guide had to transport our suitcases on the boat and into the jungle.
