Para começar, as instalações são totalmente diferentes daquilo que é mostrado no perfil do hotel. O quarto que fiquei está em péssimo estado de conservação; com paredes descascadas e sujas; móveis úmidos, quebrados e sujos; o colchão além de sujo, deve ser bastante velho, pois já perdeu seu formato original fazendo com que a dormida seja péssima; os travesseiros são velhos e sujos; a roupa de cama bastante velha e amassada, cono se tivesse sido utilizada anteriormente sem ser trocada; banheiro com infiltrações e sujo; o controle do ar condicionado é um caso a parte, pois eles o enveloparam deixando a temperatura permanentemente em 20º C, não permitindo que o hóspede posso escolher a temperatura que julgar mais agradável ou manusear o controle, tendo apenas a opção de ligar e desligar a split, sob pena de pagar uma multa. Solicitei por meio do WhatsApp, único meio de comunicação entre o cliente e hote, que verificassem a situação da TV que não pegava nenhum canal, eles prometeram que verificariam, mas não atenderam a solicitação; pedi também que me trocassem de quarto, em razão desses motivos, porém disseram que só me trocariam de quarto se eu fosse ficar mais uns dias. Tive uma péssima experiência nesse local e não recomendo a ninguém que prese pelo mínimo de conforto, limpeza e bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários do hotel.

Péssimo.

Infelizmente a minha estadia não foi positiva. O lugar tem até uma proposta razoável, mas compartilhar banheiro com um quarto desconhecido é de última. Sem contar que existe uma tal de multa para quem deixar a porta para o outro hóspede trancada mas essa multa é para o dono do estabelecimento. Fiquei apenas 6h no local e tive o desconforto de não conseguir usar o banheiro “coletivo”. Então, não recomendo a a estadia.

Satisfação

As instalações são boas e limpas. Lençóis e toalhas de banho macias. Tive dificuldade em falar com o proprietário pois o mesmo não atendia o telefone informado. Falando com outro hóspede, o mesmo informou que o contato só é possível via Whatzapp. De fato, após o contato pelo aplicativo o proprietário respondeu e eu pude entrar no apartamento. Não tem atendimento presencial. No demais, tudo certo. Recomendo o lugar
