Unfortunately, I don’t have any good experience about staying at this place. I arrived a day later it was early in the morning, I was super tired due to my flight delays. When I arrive at the property, this weirdo guy who works night shift. He’s not helpful at all. He shouldn’t be employed in a hospitality business!! I understand that he doesn’t speak English, but his action as a human being should be nice! My recommendation is for you all don’t waste your time and money staying at this place!

It's pretty decent. Uppon paying a small fee, you get a nice variety of things for breakfast, it's close to malls and downtown, there's a taxi company right outside of the hotel but uber works great too. The problem is and when there's a party going on in the neighborhood, then you may have a hard time falling asleep because you can hear everything. I guess they need to buy soundproof windows. Wifi works, the bed is comfortable but the room size is pretty small.

Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários simpática, mas o padrão construtivo do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Precisei acionar o serviço de quarto para: fechadura eletrônica do quarto, cofre e frigobar com problemas. No site constava Café da manhã disponível, mas você só sabe que tem um pagamento de 42,00/pessoa no check-in. Quarto para casal muito pequeno, não tem espaço para colocar duas malas médias e banheiro menor ainda. Tive que trocar para um quarto triplo. O piso do box tinha caimento contrário ao ralo.

A limpeza foi ok. A localização é muito boa. As meninas da limpeza eram bem gentis, mas a equipe da recepção não era muito prestativa. Achei o valor do café da manhã caro (42 reais por pessoa para comer a vontade), tem boa opções de café da manhã e mais barato na região. Se precisar de cobertor ou toalha de rosto, fica dependendo da disponibilidade.
