Excellent mid-cost accommodation. Unbelievably well located — about a 60 second walk around the corner to Teatras Amazonas. Excellent staff. Quality morning breakfast buffet too.

Great Location Isn't Enough

The location is excellent but the hotel is tired. The balcony was scary - dirty and rusted. I wouldn't even open it. The view was of decaying buildings. The breakfast wasn't good. But the staff was very nice.

Expect what you booked

The hotel is old and not remodeled. When I walked into our room, it was really hot and humid. Same for the hallway, but the front desk area was cool. The toilet in our room wasn’t work when we arrived at 3am. The sink knob fell off when I turned it. We didn’t bother to call the front desk because we didn’t speak Portuguese. However, the front desk and cook for the hotel was nice.

Very high value for money

The hotel is cheap, located in the best area in Manaus, decent rooms for the money we paid and very good service. We rated the place the highest score because the hotel has very high value for money.

This hotel is located in downtown Manaus, near the Teatro de Manaus, but the neighborhood is not good, the hotel is in bad shape, the only thing good is the employees are super friendly and helpful, only stay here if you really want to be in downtown area.

The proporty is nothing like its opctures. The place is run down, in need of serious reform with mildewy smell, agging worn out mattresses, a tiny rv set too high to watch it. I could onlt stay 1 night before I gad to leave.

The reviews I read were correct, the hallway and the room had a really strong urine smell. I tried to ignore that, but once I got to bed the pillows had a strong sweat smell like that they hadn't change the pillow cases in a long time. I went downstairs and got a new set of blankets and pillow cases and tried to spend the night there and look for another hotel next morning. I wasn't able to stay there more than 2 hours, the smell was way too strong, I went downstairs and ask for a refund and I had paid 5 days in advance. Once I got the refund back I was out of there as soon as possible. PS. My friend got his room across the hallway and had the same issue, we both moved out.

Hotel do Largo não é uma hospedagem de luxo, mas tem tudo que um turista precisa, cortesia, gentileza, simpatia e boa vontade, sempre sua Equipe de Funcionários prontos para atender com qualidade o seu hóspede, equipe nota 1000, faz a diferença na minha estádia, na minha humilde opinião recomendo se hospedar e sua localização a uma quatro do teatro Amazonas facilita a sua mobilidade para se deslocar pelo centro histórico de Manaus e os passeios pela cidade também facilitada por está equipe fantástica de empregados indicando os melhores passeios e orientando a não entrar em situações complicadas, resumindo vale muito ficar neste hotel, quando voltar a Manaus vou fazer questão de novamente me hospedar no Hotel do Largo.
