I love this place!

I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here.

I stayed at Rede Andrade in Manaus for two nights and initially planned to return for an additional night after my Amazon trip, but due to my experience, I decided not to. At reception on the first day, the staff did not speak English, were unfriendly, and seemed more focused on their phones than on assisting guests. There was also a travel agency representative in the lobby constantly trying to sell highly overpriced tours. He offered us a 4-hour city walk for €100 for two people, which is completely unreasonable. Even after we clearly said we were not interested, he continued approaching us during breakfast, in the lobby, and repeatedly throughout our stay. It was very uncomfortable and intrusive. The room was extremely hot. The air conditioning unit was old, dirty, and honestly looked unsafe to use. Because of this, we had to open the window, but the view was frightening and unpleasant. In the evening, we found a huge flying cockroach in the room. Thankfully, one male receptionist helped us remove it. Before leaving for a 4-day trip to the Amazon, I asked if I could safely store my work laptop at the hotel so I would not have to take it with me into the forest. That day, there was one kind English-speaking receptionist who said she would ask the manager and store it safely in the manager’s office. I tipped her 50 BRL and left another 50 BRL for the manager to ensure my laptop would be secure. I placed the laptop and a few small belongings inside a

The lift was always breaking, toilet ceiling was leaking, shower head was broken and water was going everywhere but underneath it. Air conditioner was very noisy, specially because there were 3 per floor on the same outside wall, right by the window. Very bad experience. I will never go back.

O café da manhã era ok para um hotel três estrelas. O ar e a luz pararam de funcionar, ficamos esperando o técnico de manutenção chegar e ele literalmente deu um tapa na caixa que coloca o cartão e voltaram a funcionar, ou seja, o quarto já tinha esse problema. A TV estava com várias letras na tela.No mais o quarto é espaçoso e a menina da recepção simpática. E sim o hotel é antigo e o elevador também.

Ola ! Minha 1° avaliação ja começa pela recepção, atendente nao demonstra empatia com as pessoas, são garotos praticamente sem qualquer experiência com atendimento desse tipo, e nao adiante falar que passam por treinamentos. 2° area da piscina com um cheiro de de alguma coisa morta, entrando ficando do lado esquerdo, Mal cheiro horrível. 3° Manutenção, tive um problema com a fechadura da porta me causando transtorno na hora de dormir ate me colocaram em outro quarto mas sso não quer dizer que ficou tudo bem. Uma Manutenção preventiva é sempre bom. Infelizmente eu nesse hotel nao volto.
