Family friendly vacation.

The service was awesome and staff was so friendly and respectful. The view was room was great, hot water 24/7. Breakfast was hot and hate lot of options for a minimum price.

Great property with great room. We took a premium room for 3 days and the hotel was kind enough to shift our booking date free of cost without any questions asked even beyond the allowed date. They have excellent dining and breakfast in the hotel on property. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the view is excellent. The location is also convenient with old and new manali mall roads just few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent stay.

The room was comfortable and the place is very nice but the crew didn’t speak English fluently As so the service wasn’t so good although they did their best. Hot water in the bathroom lasts for 2-3 minutes didn't last to finish a bath with hot water, breakfast wasn't organised felt like they can only have a good option for sleeping and less for the rest . Lovely view and garden.
