The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the front desk ladies do speak English very well! The hotel is very quaint, beautiful art everywhere, bed is comfortable room is nice size, and AC is a very nice treat. Breakfast is very good, with fresh cut fruit and fresh squeezed juice. This place is a steal. A spacious room with privacy, artistic, 3 stories, the breakfast is phenomenal (get the tortillas instead of toast as an insider tip), and this will likely be a return hotel for us multiple times. The room service is great, they have laundry, there is food within walking distance. So long as your trip is within this area, I would pick this hotel without question.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Very quiet and very comfortable bed. Hot shower and AC was wonderful. The receptionist that helped us was a very sweet young lady who spoke English and made myself and my husband feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee! The hotel helped to arrange transport from the airport to make arrival so easy. Then once I arrived, the staff were friendly and even helped me to order food since I arrived late. Staying here is like staying in an art museum - every wall has paintings or sculptures or artifacts to see. There’s a courtyard area to sit outside and read or just enjoy the plants of the property.
