Hotel Casa Sam Francisco was an incredible stay in an incredible town. The thing that really stood out was the staff with how friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable they are about Granada and how to get around. The owner Terry took time during breakfast to speak with me and check in on me, which really made the hotel feel very welcoming and warm. Also, it is a very interesting historical building and within walking distance from many attractions in Granada. Would 100% recommend!

Nadine, front desk clerk, was great and very helpful. I met Terry and Nancy, the owners, who were gracious and very nice. The sink in the bathroom was a beautiful ceramic design which added to the the charm of the hotel. I didn't use the pool but it is a great amenity. The breakfasts were excellent and a nice way to start a day of touring on a full stomach. The restaurant across the street was not very good but Nectar down the street had great food. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance from the historical sites. I highly recommend Casa San Francisco and I would stay there again. My only regret was not visiting the rooftop which I was told had a beautiful view. Oh, my room had a cute little balcony as well. The grounds are filled with flora. Apparently, I can't say enough good things about Casa San Francisco. Finally, there was great value for the price.

This beautiful hotel is convenient to everything you might need in Granada yet just far enough away from the noise of the main central park and Calzada. Onsite is one of the best restaurants in town, plus your included breakfast options are vast and always delicious. The staff puts care and thought into each room and in the overall hotel itself, and everyone working there is friendly, helpful and always has a pleasant greeting when you see them.

I loved the overall design, our room was located next to the pool, so It felt like a private villa. Breakfast was very good, employees were excellent. There is no parking on site, but you can park inside a garage a couple of blocks and it’s included with the hotel which was nice.

The building is very beautiful; the owners have maintained the architectural integrity of the building. The staff is very warm and welcoming. My only complaint is the bed; the mattress felt worn-out and thin. I think management should try all the beds to make sure they are comfortable and not worn-out.
