One of the key points which every hotel has is to provide two bottles of water per day when stayin at hotel. Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying. Best regards Mr Kari Karanko who have visited all 196 countries in the world

problem with hot water

standard hotel, we have problem with the hot water...the water is very very hot and the maintenance couldn't fix the problem so they gave us another adjacent room just to take shower and go back to our room after finishing shower...very uncomfortable..we stay at executive suite room

Les chambres étaient bien, lits confortables. Par contre au restaurant, c’est l’enfer, on a attendu 2h30 pour un spaghetti et 45 min pour un coke. Il y en a, après 2h30 ont quitté le restaurant car ils n’ont pas été servi. Nous étions juste 2 tables (2 personnes et nous une table de 6)…

The location is central, the room was quiet and clean, the staff friendly. The windows unfortunately can't be opened. The staff at the reception was not very well informed about the tours offered in the flyers they had lying out at the reception. In the end I had to find the information and book the tour by myself.

In die Jahre gekommenen Mittelklasse Hotel

Leider sprach das Personal an der Rezeption nur eingeschränkt englisch, so das Sonderwünsche schwierig zu regeln waren. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Sauberkeit war mäßig, ich musste bei Ankunft defekte Glühbirnen reklamieren, eine ständig laufende Toilette, fehlendes room service Menü, usw Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Kopfkissen viel zu dick.

Nice hotel at a very reasonable price.

Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls.

地理位置佳，隔音效果差

早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。

Attractive Aston for a comfortable stay @ Manado

Comfortable stay and good breakfast spread. We had a good dinner at very reasonable price. Spacious lobby and dining area for chat with friends. Friendly and hospitable service staff. A good choice when in Manado, and close enough to the airport.

It is actually a good situated hotel, but worn out

Not good maintenance. The hotel is old and worn out. The shower was bad, and it had smelled bad for the first water comes out. The tap water is so little you really can not use it. Have put out a complaint but nothing happened. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast is OK. The hotel is a smoking hotel. We asked for a non smoking floor, but you can smell the smoke. They provide only big towel, no hand towel and wash towel.

Aston Manado is een keurig verzorgd hotel, net zoals Aston Makassar. Vanuit een hogere verdieping heb je ook 's avonds een mooi uitzicht op de stad.

Good choice for 1 night in Manado

Friendly staff good solid 4 star, stayed one night for early morning flight out. 30minutes from airport (could be more at peak time-traffic is often log jammed) super friendly staff, clean quiet room (floor 6 on side of building not overlooking main street). Short walk to mega mall(10 mins) near sea front warungs.
