Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great! The only issue we had was that our balcony was shared with the room next to us, and no divider in between.

Beautiful, hot sauna, steam room and hot tub. Great Puerto Rican restaurant at the Sierra Ranch next door. Fridge in room was loud so I unplugged. Heating system didn’t seem to work.

The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great room, nicely decorated with plenty of space. The Jacuzzi and some are a great plus after a day of skiing. But I’m trying to understand why they put so many outside stairs on a place that gets so much snow.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at this hotel. Although I initially made a mistake by booking a room without a kitchen, I was very impressed when the hotel team graciously switched us to a room with a kitchen at no additional cost. This was incredibly kind and allowed us to prepare the meals we had brought with us. The room itself was modern, very clean, and featured panoramic windows with fantastic views. It was an excellent stay overall, and I will certainly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

This spot is super solid especially solo traveling. Right in downtown mammoth close to most shops and restaurants/bars. Has rooms with balconies that face the mountain so a great view, probably even more so during snow season. Parking easy with garages right under your rooms even. Even has an elevator if you don’t wanna walk up the stairs. Very very clean and has a nice smell. I got the standard room for an awesome price, has everything you need and an above average bathroom. Had a nice tub to soak in if you’re feeling sore or whatever. Black out curtains if you wanna sleep in. Tv and wifi. Also has a gym, sauna, and cuzzi in the main building. Workers were friendly and helpful. Will probably be back if I’m ever up here again and doing a solo trip. Even the bigger rooms are probably more than enough for two or a small group. 10/10 from me but I don’t need much.

There was no shade on one window that faced an outside stairway, the door was broken, the shower head was laying on the floor and the air/heat was not working. Victor fixed it all and Larissa at the front desk was great.

Would not stay here again. New building but poorly built and not well maintained. The shower leaked all over the bathroom, there was no soap to wash hands at the sink, the smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling… just to name a few issues.
