Good place. Nice rooms. Parking is a hassle but not too bad. Overall, I would recommend this place with family if you’re in Mammoth.

It was perfect for what we needed. Cute room that had perfect road breakfast in our room. We were excited for the OJ and chocolate milk in the mini fridge. We did however need white milk for the cereal which was not in our room. Other then that, it was great! Thank you!

When we arrived we had to yell "hello" for someone to come out to greet us. Her greeting was not friendly as she showed us to our room. While walking upstairs to our room there were a few bags what look to be from the cleaning of a room. Those bags were in the hallway til the next day. We were very grateful to find this room for the holiday week but it was way over priced and did not fit 3 people. When asked for a rollaway bed the cost of $150 was outrageous. All in all the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower had good pressure and the temperature was perfectly set (thank goodness for the ceiling fan). Need to provide parking spaces as well for the number of rooms at the Inn.

Overall the hotel was fine. Check-in was easy. Room seemed to be updated but the building is just old, so the walls are thin and floors are loud. We could hear all the other guests walking and talking through the walls. The rooms were very small too. Parking was very limited. The one thing that upset us is we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle and after a day of snowboarding, we came back to the room and someone from the staff had entered the room and replaced the curtains on both windows. The original curtains were a bright yellow and the replacements were a charcoal gray, so it was obvious to us. We do not understand why it was so important for them to do that during our stay instead of after we checked out, but also why they ignored the do not disturb sign...? We would only stay here again as a last resort.

The “continental breakfast” it’s individual cereals, honey buns looking bread, nutrigrain bars, organic milk, and chocolate milk. My husband and I stayed in room 9 and it was pretty big with two beds. We loved our stay! And the location was perfect from a couple of restaurants and pizza joints, liquor stores, bike rental locations, ice cream, and little markets! I did enjoy the contactless check in makes it easy. Although, I do think they need to make some renovations. Also, the walls are thin and we were able to hear the people staying upstairs with their dogs nails, and we could hear the water running from other rooms. But overall, it’s a good place to stay in a convenient location.

I would give NEGATIVE stars if possible. Booking here means putting your life SAFETY at risk. My family was locked outside in the dark around midnight on check-in day, with no one answering multiple phone lines for almost 90 minutes. The day before arrival, the property manager messaged via Expedia, "We will send you your room number and the lockbox code on the day of arrival before 3pm." That never happened. We arrived before 12:30 am, and the front desk was unattended. We later learned the manager had gone home. The outside was very dark, cold, and unsafe that day. After Expedia got involved, he finally called back and gave us access. No apology. He seemed annoyed we interrupted his sleep. An "upgrade" to a larger room did not fix the real issue: he failed to send basic access information and showed no concern for guest safety. The next day, when I raised it, he said: 1) "You had no phone number on the reservation and arrived after check-in window." -- There was no "window" mentioned in the check-in instructions at all. 2) "It's because expedia doesn't provide us with your phone number." Expedia later confirmed he had my number, and could also have messaged me through Expedia or by email, but he took no action. 3) "There was no safety incident." -- Lucky us not being harassed or robbed = no fault from his service. 4) "I'm glad my manager took your call at 1:30am!" -- He is "glad" that his guest was left unattended at midnight -- what a positive attitude!

Room was small, no desk. But comfortable. Some old broken floor tiles. But the location was lovely. Always appreciate free coffee and WiFi. Nice dining area downstairs. For the price -- a fine value.
