Everything is okay. But there's no microwave, no hairdryer, you need to ask for extra towels. You need to pay extra for microwave and fridge. I think microwave and hairdryers are necessary. I know you are paying for the location. But overall is all good, closed to fastfoods and restaurants, walkable. Thank you.

This was my second time staying here, and it’s always been very good. I had a queen room which I felt was a little more spacious than the previous double room I had first, but I could be making that up! Anyway, the rooms are renovated and my pup and I had a great time. The bed was comfy and we both enjoyed the small sitting area. The location is excellent in relation to the shuttle to the mountain, or you can walk to the village if you feel like it, maybe 3/4 mile uphill. Or you can walk about the same distance in the other direction to shops and restaurants in town. The staff is excellent. I didn’t get their names, but they were always helpful and friendly and they even had a dog behind the desk! I know I’ll stay here again.

We arrived on Christmas Eve. There was no snow removal after 3 feet of snow. You could check out shovels but even the sidewalk to the office was not shoveled. Management needs to do better with this. Besides this the rooms were comfortable (albeit not as clean as they should be - but not awful. We would stay there again in a pinch as the beds were comfortable and good food is walking distance.

I choose this hotel in order to be near the scenic lakes and mountains of the area. It was convenient for these tourist attractions. Also, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. There is complementary coffee in the morning. Mainly, I wanted quiet and convenient temporary lodging in the area. I am satisfied.
