Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. “First of all, while this was a nice hotel overall, it was nowhere near the 9.6 rating I saw when I booked it. For a short stay, it can be a practical option, especially for families or larger groups who need two rooms, a kitchenette, cooking facilities, and a washing machine.
