“The room was not completely clean at my arrival (paper inside the toilet, dirty floor plenty of woman hair...) and they don't clean the room if you stay more than one day (only place the bed and pick up litter, but not any toilet or floor cleaning). Good breakfast at least.”

“We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size.”
