We had a delicious afternoon tea, with an amazing view from the bar area. The room was extremely comfortable and, in spite of the very hot weather, we both slept well. My only criticism would be that the bath was very deep and difficult to get into to use the shower.

The staff were very accommodating and assisted where possible to ensure we were comfortable. It was a very hot spell of weather and the manager went out of her way to try and find a cooler room and supply additional fans for mine and my other guest rooms. Parking was good, breakfast lovely, room clean, but I did notice cobwebs on the outside of the windows in the dining room.
