Really friendly staff. Lovely pub bar with Casque Marque cellar cool ales. An absolutely fantastic breakfast. Menu looked good and one would need to book. I’ve stayed in a number of Malvern hotels, all of which were good but I shall look no further when staying in Malvern again.

We stayed Saturday night in the studio apartment, which is directly opposite the main hotel. The entrance hall is a little run down but the apartment itself is excellent! Really comfortable and clean with separate bed, living, dining and kitchen areas. It has everything you need for a night or two, right down to a jar of sweets and a yoga mat. The bed affords a great night’s sleep and even on a Saturday night, it was quiet. The breakfast next morning was extraordinary. Really well presented and served and certainly exceeded my expectations. Parking is limited but we found a space in the hotel’s car park, which was convenient. Overall an excellent stay with highly professional and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended.

What a lovely find, booked last minute after getting caught in traffic on motorway. Staff were all amazing, free parking outside, comfortable bed, spacious ensuite shower room and the breakfast was incredible. Would highly recommend a stay here, very warm and welcoming
