Vacations Close To Malvarrosa Beach

There is some construction across the street which is very close since roads are narrow in Valencia. The hotel can’t help this but they did offer us free breakfast to make up for the noise. The staff are truly sweet and welcoming. I would recommend this place to others! It’s also right behind one of the main city squares.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property was in a great location with plenty of things to do around the neighborhood.

Pas bien insonorisé, on entend tous les bruits de l'extérieur

The apartment is in a great location.

Had a great stay and location couldn’t be better being in the old town. The only down side is the noise from the restaurant below but if you’re only there for a few nights it’s manageable - the location outweighs the noise.

I’m sorry to say I would not stay at this property again. The breakfast room and workout room were great. The staff were great from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast room. However, the rooms themselves are very small. There’s no separate bathroom. And the worst was the noise: soundproofing really was nonexistent from outside and especially between the rooms. I really wanted to like it here. 😕

We loved the hotel and the staff. Small hotel with spacious clean room and comfortable bed. Room had a kitchenette with microwave/oven combo that was great for heating food we bought at the market. Location is great and staff were wonderful. They have a sister hotel close by and we went to their roof terrace and met a couple who said the other hotel was also great. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
