A well placed, quiet hotel that is showing its age. My room had a mirrored display case with nothing in it, a bathroom with a sink drain into the open floor, and a generally dated, but comfortable appearance. Breakfast was good, and the hotel restaurant was also good.

Was ok for what I needed - a ond night stay for business. There wa rubbish in the bin when i arrived and i had a room adapted for disabled- even though I didnt require it - so no bathtub. Strange

Hotellets enda fördel är att de ligger nära operan. Rummet e väl ok men de e gammalt å sletet å omoderna duschar å badrum.Frukosten är helt ordinär å smaklös utan överraskningar.Ingen brieost inga kex å halvfabrikats pannkakor.Folk står å hostar å harklar över buffen å ingen bryr sej!Finns bättre hotell i malmö men ska man till operan så får de bli där trots brister.

Incheckning först kl 16. Varit tidigare förr. Vid ankomst vid kl 11 fanns inga iordninggjorda rum. Så vi uppmanades att komma tillbaks om en timma för att få ett rum med tidig incheckning mot avgift. När vi två timmar senare återkom fanns det fortfarande inget iordninggjort rum i vår kategori. Helt otroligt en söndag eftermiddag under lågsäsong. Fortfarande inget rum i ordning, men vi erbjöds uppgradering till högre högre rumsklass mot en avgift på 200kr. Ett nytt och sniket sätt att pressa ut en pressa ut en extra slant. Att vi checkar ut fyra timmar före utcheckningstid medför ingen återbetalning. Fiffigt tycker nog Scandic, men det här blev sista vistelsen för oss efter långt medlemskap.
