Wonderfully located about 10 minutes waln from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was large but could do with a fresh coat of paint as parts were clearly scuffed.

Great stay, sweet staff - breakfast…

We had an amazing experience in Radisson, Malmø. The staff was super nice! However, the breakfast did not live up to our standards, also in terms of hygiene. No hand sanitizer in sight, the butter was basically melted (as it was placed next to something hot), and the chairs were dirty. People also left the tongs (with the parts that were touched by unclean hands) right on top of fresh cheese, which was not appetizing. Overall, great stay and sweet staff, the room was nice and big - but the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Clean your rooms

Very dusty, air conditioning unit unclean, will get sick while being here if you have allergies. Other than the outstanding customer service the place is junk. We have stayed at a Radisson Hotel in the past and this is nothing like the chain. Very disappointed a good job hiring the employees at this location they were great. Clean the place.

Underwhelming for Radisson Blu

Every single noise made in the hallway outside of the room can be heard at all times of the day (experienced the same on multiple floors). The bed frame was squeaking at the slighest movement, and the queen-size bed was in fact not one, but rather two twin-sized beds with a thin queen-sized mattress on top.

Price and size of room was good, but the hotel standard was not good for Radisson Blu! Late night an unknown man opened our door with a keycard and said he got the same room - we called reception, but they did nothing and did not contact us to apologize. We slept really bad and were scared people would get into our room during the night. Next morning I informed the reception and all they said was they were sorry and would investigate internally what happened. I hope they do, as I would not wish this experience on any future guests!

Det var meget trist morgenmad. Første dag var brødet hårdt som beton. Da de opvarmer gammelt brød igen- kommenterede det i receptionen Dagen efter oplevede jeg igen tørt og kedeligt rugbrød. Kommenterede det ved udtjekning og kunne forstå at restauranten er udliciteret Service i baren var ej god heller Vi sad og ventede ved bordet i over 1/2 time og måtte til sidst spørge om vi kunne bestille Der bør strammes op, hvis det skal leve op til Radisson BLU (I Gøteborg kan jeg varmt anbefale Radisson BLU) - Men ikke i Malmø (Blødkogte æg var hårdkogte og sengen meget blød) Vi skulle bede om håndklæder til 2 personer( der var kun til 1) Personalet virker ligeglade (pånær da jeg ringede efter ekstra håndklæder, hun var meget venlig og fiksede fluks) TV drillede også med nettet… Vi tænkte ihvertfald at det var trist hotel

Bodde tre vuxna och ett spädbarn i familjerum. Saknade nån soffa eller fåtöljer att sitta i när barnet somnat i bäddsoffan. Saknade kylskåp för ev barnmat o dyl. Annars rent och prydligt. Stort rum med bra utrymme.
