Inclusive breakfast was great. Had to change rooms on arrival as room safe was not working. Made the move and again room safe was not working. Did not bother to ask again . Had to notify reception that lighting in emergency fire escape staircase was not working. VERY dangerous if a fire were to occur. It appears that there are no maintenance of room staff available through the night time period. That's of concern . everything has to wait until the morning.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. It's the best breakfast we have had in any hotel. The only downside to our stay was that if you have a room for 3 people, the third bed is a rollaway, that is probably only comfortable for a child.

Great sized room and quality pillows. Handy to have an ice machine on each floor. Very close to.a big supermarket, the coast walk and only about 900m from the central station. Delicious varied buffet breakfast with typical Swedish items.

I thought the breakfast was wonderful, although the coffee was not as I would have liked (more flavorful, more stronger). My room was very good, the carpeting looks like it needs to be cleaned or changed. The worst part was being charged 150 Krona for outdated Kahlua....the bartender had offered red wine that literally tasted like vinegar so I settled on the Kahlua and it was old and nasty. I would like to be reimbursed for what I paid for that horrible and teeny tiny drink.
