Staff was incredibly nice and willing to help at all ends from check in to during to check out. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good even though its not a buffet style but had many options. Beach view was perfect, pool was cool too. Loved the live Dj each day. At night the restaurant offers nice sunset views and can eat anywhere.

We came here for part of our honeymoon and our stay was unfortunately very unpleasant because of poor operations, unprofessional, unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff. They didn’t even have a bellhop to help us with our bags (a walk up to the top floor as we rented the suite) when we checked in. The check-in was also self serve although there was a receptionist there we had to fill out the information on our own. Every other hotel we’ve stayed in Greece they offer restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area upon check in. This was not the case at this hotel. Even asking for restaurant recommendations was met with little knowledge about the area. Also the room was filthy, I found someone’s underwear under the bed, garbage on the patio, the floors felt dirty, there was mold in the shower, dirty windows, the TV didn’t work and although we were told it would be fixed on Tuesday morning it never was, but instead the staff came to fix it in the evening when my husband was in the shower. They also nickel and dime- when we asked for an extra towel at the pool it they just assumed we’re not guest and want to charge us for the towel. The one glass of wine I ordered at the pool. The bartender measures it when the other hotels we’ve stayed and have offered complementary bottle of wine. General operations are very inefficient when it comes to making payments, ordering food, finding a staffer at the reception desk. I could go on, but I’m going to run out of characters!

Super hôtel, moderne et agréable! Nous avions pris une suite junior, la chambre était jolie et cosy. La clim ne marchait que via un ventilateur de plafond, il n’y avait pas de « vraie clim » ou du moins elle ne fonctionnait pas. Le seul petit bémol si je dois en dire un, c’était que certains membres du personnels n’avaient pas l’air de vouloir vraiment aider on avait plus l’impression de déranger qu’autre chose. Sinon la nourriture était bonne et goûteuse le midi et le petit dej aussi. Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas plus de boissons fraîches le matin dans la formule petit dej car sinon c’était en « extra ». C’est légèrement excentré, il n’y a pas grand chose à proximité alors privilégiez la voiture !
