The frontline staffs here were amazing: special thanks to Luna, Claire, Saroj, Shifaz, Rajtha, Wichu, and Sulman for their flawless service during our 2-week stay. However, the management severely limits the experience for a $10.000/week holiday. The culture clearly starts from the top: we saw the GM many times during mornings walks and evening drink events, and he never bothered to say hello to us.This poor leadership reflects in the resort's highly restrictive "all-inclusive" package, which inexplicably excludes food orders after 3:00 PM. To make matters worse, on our departure day, the all-inclusive package cut off strictly at 12:00 PM, even though our transfer was organized for 8:00 PM, leaving us without benefits. They nickel-and-dime you for everything, including daily life vest rentals and almost $13 to pump air into an inflatable toys. Furthermore, the shallow lagoon is completely empty of sea life, and the resort charges an astronomical $175 per person just to take a boat to a decent snorkeling spot. To top it off, the spa pricing is extortionate: charging nearly $800 USD (excluding taxes) for a 60-minute couples massage. Finally, the beach pool villas have zero sea view due to dense bushes blocking the deck, making it feel boxed in like a cage.Because of all this pettiness, my final rating is that hotel top management considers the customers as milk cows. Excellent service from the team, but the property rules and luxury price-gouging need serious intervention
