Not worth the money and too highly rated on sites!

Rude at the reception at check in. Asked for extra fee for a child even if 3 included child is stated ! Rubbish around and especially outside bungalow. Terrible breakfast. I send complaint to hotels.com but after 1 week they haven't replied !

The staff at the front desk were wonderful people. But staying in the room was awful. They thought it was okay to work right outside the window where my bed was from morning until early evening. They literally hammered, sawed, talked, and whatever else the whole day without regard to customer privacy. I'd spend more money for a different place if I ever came back.

첫 자유여행 패캐지와 틀리게 가보지않은곳에대한 기대감 설래임 불안감 비치와 너무가까워좋았고요 직원분들 참좋았어요 필리핀분들 느리다고하는데 여기분들은 말하면 바로바로 해주시는데 정말 써비스좋았어요 이쁘기위해 놓아둔 야자수들과 나무때문인지 모기와 벌래가 좀많았어요 저는 모기가 너무싫어서 모기약을 달래서 여행내내 방에두고 나올때마다뿌렸어요 모기장을 좀확실하게 해주셨으면해요^^ 시설은 좀오래되보였지만 내츄럴하고 저는갠찮았어요

Great location (beachfront). Attentive and courteous staff. The Garden Suite I've stayed at is nice & spacious though some parts of the room would be great if they fixed (wooden window frame at the bathroom is disintegrating). Mosquitos can be quite pesky though they had a bottle of insect spray on hand.

Upon checking the staff were amazing but the room condition is not sooo relaxing.Literally had so many bugs and ants crawling the entire area from the Masters room to the bathroom and living room.Plus it was ever the first stay that room has no TV at all.It wasnt a pleasant stay at all for my for me and family plus it is not a soundproof place at all.You can definitely here everyone's screaming and noise under the room.Food was okay,but overall the place needs renovation and proper maintenance.our son had literally lots of bites from the bugs.We would never come back in this resort again.Better go to Bigger names hotel because it's worth paying an extra when you are in Boracay you need to relax not to be concerned about the room or place.I will not recommend this resort to our friends at all!

Centrally located. Outdated. Mosquitoes!!!!!

Good location, near dmall and station 1. Situated beside Hennan and The District Boracay. Room is outdated and full of ants and mosquitoes. No phone or intercom to contact front desk or housekeeping. Uncomfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is plated and relatively ample. Shakes and ice blended juices taste like roaches (must be their blender). Better get bottled water, or canned drinks. Like that they provide beach towels aside from bath towels.

Great location right in the middle of it all. Free breakfast, great staff. We stayed in a separate bungalow. It was roomy and had a great porch with a hammock and two chairs. The bungalow was dated but the character outweighs everything else. There are newer rooms on the property and more luxurious but we preferred the bungalow.

스탠다드 방갈로는 방이 꼭 리모델링이 필요한거같아요! 돈 더들여서 좋은 방 가세요!! 숙소위치는 진짜 최고였는데 방갈로 방 너무 아쉬워요.. 헤어드라이기 없답니다 그리고 정부허가 DOT 숙소 목록에 없으니까 여행 첫날에 이 숙소는 보라카이 섬에 못들어가실수도 있어요 !! 직원분들은 엄청 친절해요

Close to the beach

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I came early and they allowed me to check in early with no additional charges. I like their hut style rooms and it added some touch with my vacation. The hut is old but decent, only if they could fix the floorings, bathroom sink and toilet and shower, then it will be great. Intermittent hot shower which I don't mind during the day but at night, I needed it more. Over all, highly recommended, because of the staffs and location.
