Lodges en Malawi

“Woodlands Lilongwe is a welcoming retreat amongst a nature reserve close to the centre of Lilongwe. Staff are exceptionally proficient and hospitable; the room is spacious, clean and has good amenities. The restaurant has an extensive, tasty menu with local produce often used, and service is fast and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay during my business trip”

“Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, leider wurden wir jedoch im Guesthouse untergebracht, dass auf den Fotos gar nicht abgebildet ist, etwas backstage liegt und auch einen anderen Standard hat. Top sind sicherlich der Gamedrive und das Frühstück sowie das ganze Surrounding.”

“It nice place clean and comfortable to stay in Lilongwe ”

“Lovely location overlooking Lake Malawi. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast in the morning could have included local fresh fruit like water melon, paw paw, guava, pineapple. Very cheap to buy at the local market. The kitchen was away from the dining area so the cooked breakfast especially, would have been hotter if the plates had covers over them when carried down to the dining area. One big improvement they could make is to supply mugs, a kettle, tea and coffee in the rooms. Another...

“The wifi was a bit inconvenient -- since it didn't reach the rooms and required getting new codes when you wanted to use it.”

“This is an amazing hidden gem! The name "tents" underdescribes the facilities: these are beautiful cabins that would put some hotels to shame. And the cabins have private showers and bathrooms. The facility also has a very small pool. Sandi, the owner, is caring, the food is very good, and the tours in the Park with the Park rangers are informative and a great experience. I saw a lot of animals, including elefants, monkeys, antilopes and crocodiles, but I understand that I was lucky and it...

“The hotel reception couldn't give us the room we had booked, but gave us a room without a mountain view without saying anything. When I pointed this out they said that the building with such rooms is undergoing renovations and is not ready yet. Yet the hotel had that option bookable! In other words, what wasn't there was for sale! When I demanded the price difference back they said that it wasn't possible because the hotel had to first receive payment from "Hotels.com" in order to be able to pay...

“Very amazing so clean beyond my expectations ”
