Conditions strictes: check-in à 16h et réception pas ouverte avant (attendre sous canicule avec une personne âgée n'était pas évident), check-out à 10h pile et facturation si retard. Pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle de la cuisine et ménage approximatif. Les avantages : le rapport qualité prix, la piscine/jacuzzi/salle de sport, le cadre à distance de marche du centre de Malaucène, la réactivité pour la communication par emails et le logement spacieux agréable

全体的にはよかったです。 良い点　プール付き、部屋に一台ずつのエアコンがありました。ここを拠点としてあちこち観光できる場所でした。 スタッフは親切。 悪い点 建物と家具などの経年劣化、清潔ではありせん。 寝具は布団ではなくシーツ１枚が布団代わりでした。 (夏の滞在でしたので問題ありませんが冬の場合は寒すぎると思います） プールの使用時間中に清掃がありました。 時間外に清掃すべきです。 家の施錠(鍵)が非常に難しかったです。 ３泊でしたので割りきれば問題ありません。

Tres bon séjour

Notre sejour en famille a été agréable nous avons été surclassé Hotel est bien situé nous avons visité vaison la romaine à 15min le petit déjeuner parfait le fait qu'on puisse le prendre à emporter est tres arrangeant mais sur place c'est tres bien aussi le personnel à la réception très agréable tres gentil. Nous reviendrons 😉

Logement propre est parfait pour 4 personnes. Rien à dire sur le logement literie confortable. Par contre la piscine n'était pas chauffée, le jacuzzi était tellement chloré qu'il a abîmé tous nos bijoux nous n'y sommes pas restés longtemps et niveau propreté ce n'était pas ça du tout...

Okay! Men ikke mere end det.

Venlig receptionist, da vi chekkede ind og fik anvist en lejlighed. Vi fik byttet den, da den lå rigtigt dårligt i komplekset. Lejlighederne er meget små og ligger tæt på hinanden. Rengøringen var fin, men hele komplekset er slidt. Poolen er overdækket og er okay, selvom den minder mere om en svømmehal end en pool i Frankrig. Alt i alt et okay sted, men ikke mere end det.

No one around to help you

the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated

Excellent séjour à l’occasion de mon trail au Mont Ventoux. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et très accueillant. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cette résidence où c’est très reposant. Niveau propreté je n’ai rien à dire.

Entretien des logements inexistant

Déçus de notre séjour Bien vérifier les dates d ouverture de la piscine couverte dans les petites lignes. Entretien des appartements oubliés. Des volets en plusieurs morceaux qui ne se ferment pas. Un savon récuperer des restes et une éponge déjà utilisée. Télécommande en plusieurs morceaux scotché mais qui ne tient pas et des piles qui tombent. Plutôt dangereux avec des enfants. Le lustre du plafond qui tient au scotch. L humidité sur les murs rend l appartement vieux. Je ne suis pas du tout d accord avec les 4*. Comme les toiles d araignées Je ne parle pas du bruit de la clim réversible. En hiver soit on ne dort pas à cause du bruit soit on la coupe et on ne dort pas à cause du froid. Le petit déjeuner est quant à lui plutôt bien. Assez varié et bon. Celui de notre fille nous a été offert par le gérant que nous remercions mais qui ne rend pas l appartement plus attrayant
