According to Expedia, the property is listed as having laundry facilities, but there were none. When I mentioned this, I was told to call a laundry service myself, which made me question whether the “concierge” service really lives up to its name. There is no refrigerator in the room, and amenities such as toothbrushes are charged separately, so considering these points, the hotel may feel a bit overpriced. On the positive side, the hot water pressure was strong, which made showering comfortable.

Good location next to Jingpin Lu. Next to main road, easy to get around, yet it is not noisy inside the hotel. Road size is relatively small, but good for its value.

Nice and quiet guesthouse, rooms and beds are very comfortable, breakfast is nice and staff is kind and helpful. Laundry is not on site as advertised but guesthouse was helpful to arrange from outside with good price and same day return.

Zeer mooie kamer, luxueuze badkamer, in rustige straat (al is er altijd wel een moskee in de buurt). Lekker ontbijt. Meeste werknemers spreken degelijk Engels, maar de man aan de receptie kon echter nauwelijks info geven (verstond weinig, kon op plan niet aanduiden waar er restaurants en bezienswaardigheden waren)

Hotel has double standard. Refused to refund when Bromo was spewing ash which led to the cancellation of my flight, but inTripadvisor one review said they were refunded on the same conditions

We had a nice and quiet stay in cosy! Friendly people! The rooms are ok (bit small but you can zit outside). Location is a bit far from centrum so you need a taxi.
