This property is very convenient and easy to navigate. It's like a one-stop place with stores, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants all nearby. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Malaga, Spain, and just wanting everything nearby. If I come back, I will definitely stay back here.

Really enjoyed our time in Malaga. Caleta Homes staff were very communicative and helpful. The only negative is the sound through the closed bedroom window. If that could be better sealed and sound proofed it would have been a much better stay. Outside was very noisy at night. Even for a city centre. We had very disrupted sleep due to shouting in the early hours.

The location of the apartment is great. Great big windows to the city. Very cosy and clean. Only minus is that there can be some noise from the street during the night.

Excellent location, excellent facilities. Noisy through the night - midnight to 6.00am. No access to the roof garden if you are on floor 1 or 2. Very well equipped apartment beautifully furnished. Liason and support from the management company excellent. Overall an excellent stay.

You Must Try Thyssen Apartments

This property is wonderful. City centre but not too noisy. We enjoyed our 2 nights in Malaga and returning to Thyseen Apartments opposite the museum was the highlight of our visit.

The location is central with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels for the bathroom. Friendly and professional staff were highly responsive but the issues with the place were not resolved which also used up our vacation time. The suite was very clean with comfortable and good-sized beds and a good floor plan, but a lot of stars were deducted for improper maintenance (washing machine, cold showers) of the suite.

Short trip to Malaga

Nice apartment in the heart of historic part of Malaga, but quiet at night. Apartment is spacious enough for a small family (2 adults & 2 kids). Found the kitchen a bit funny, only one socket, so complicated to make breakfast (can't use kettle/toaster or microwave at the same time..) It'd be nice to have some basic stuff, like tea, sugar, washing-up liquid, bin bags...

Lovely accommodation

Had a lovely stay at Thyssen Boutique Apartments right in the heart of the beautiful city of Malaga. Wonderful location steps from shops, bars and restaurants. Apartment spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great shower and a lift in the building. Arrived on early flight, left luggage at office where we collected keys later to check in. That was no problem for us, and staff there were very helpful. Some noise from the street at night, but that is to be expected in such a central city location. Would definitely stay here again.

Really well located, equipped and modern accommodation in a classic building, across from the Carmen Thyssen museum and walking distance from all the main sites in Malaga downtown as well as the amazing dining options around. Check in is a bit of a hassle as you need to pick up keys at a different site but it is workable for the most part

In the heart of the city

Excellent location in the heart of the historic district of Malaga. Superb Italian restaurant right next door! Apt. Had a king size bed with firm mattress and good pillows. There’s a washing machine and a tiny courtyard where you can hang clothes to dry. Fully equipped and functional kitchen. Large sitting room with Spanish language only cable TV. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Let ved our stay!

Overall good experience

Overall very good experience in terms of location, space, cleanliness and utensils provided. Some minor items that could be improved: pillows are all memory foam type and can be quite uncomfortable for some people (other pillow types would be appreciated), no air flow in some rooms due to placement of air conditioning unit (a fan would be appreciated), picking up keys are in a different location that is not clearly communicated and there are no parking (making it challenging and complicated) (an easier option to obtain keys would be appreciated).

Stayed in unit 1B, this unit faces the museum, so you likely get less noise from the restaurants downstairs. It’s a great location, and super convenient for walking to all the restaurants and sites. Do note that cars cannot drop you right at the apartment, they need to pull over a couple of blocks away it seems, but it’s a flat walk and the tiles on the street make it easier to drag luggage. The kitchen is functional, has some cookware things that you’ll need but it was odd it came without utensils. Comfortable bed, great option with a sofa bed too, air-conditioner in the living room.
