The stay was lovely. Great location. Lovely complimentary coffee bar and sweets. It was difficult to sleep some nights as there were many loud people on the streets until 4 in the morning. We were told that our room would be cleaned on the 3rd day but it wasn’t.

Great location and close to everything. Has mini kitchen, microwave, and mini refrigerator, but the refrigerator was not working. Check in is as early as 9:00 am, but then staff leaves around 2:30pm and they give you code to get in. Free drinks and snacks, but sometimes water runs out and nobody can replenish it, until next day. Room was advertised as having 1 queen and 1 double bed, it turned out to have 1 queen bed and 1 pull out couch. Advertised as having a shuttle service to the airport, it turned out they don't have one. They did help us book the taxi to the airport though.

Limited reception cover so check in outside of hours is a bit painful. Waited on a text that came late for the codes to access. Also no one around should you have issues after 2pm. Had to change my own towels. Location great though and apartment was nice.

We had a truly delightful stay. The kitchen was impeccably equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable vacation, even though we chose not to cook. The location is exceptional, surrounded by charming shops and an excellent selection of restaurants. A very special mention goes to Nuria at reception, whose warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed from the very first moment. Her thoughtful gesture of remembering my name and greeting me personally each morning added a lovely, personal touch. I would also like to recognize Lola, who takes great pride in maintaining the property in impeccable condition. I highly recommend this property and would be delighted to return.
