I waited quite a while for my room. The front desk clerk ask me to wait a few seconds which they turned into long minutes. Then I realized she was walking out for the day and her shift. Without acknowledge that I was waiting for her to accommodate me. Finally I got the keys of my room to my surprised the room was dinghy and the hallway didn't have a good smell. No ventilation at all.

The hotel's location is excellent—walking distance to almost everything, which makes it very convenient. However, the rooms are not soundproof. You can clearly hear people walking, laughing, or talking in the corridor, and even water running from bathrooms on upper floors. Bathroom amenities are minimal, with only basic shampoo and shower gel. Another thing to note: breakfast must be reserved the day before. If you forget or arrive late, you may miss out entirely. A good choice for the location, but not ideal if you’re looking for comfort and quiet.

Our stay here was, on the surface, quite pleasant. The room was undeniably small (let’s call it “economically sized”), but clean and with everything we needed. The staff were polite, warm, and attentive—exactly the kind of charm that makes you forgive a bed that consumes most of the floor space. But here’s the problem: I left behind a very expensive YSL bag worth nearly $4,000..in the room when we departed at dawn for a flight. Not a hairbrush, not a phone charger, but a designer bag. In every respectable hotel I’ve stayed at, when something valuable is found, the guest is contacted immediately. I’ve had emails about forgotten hairdryers, but here? Silence. No call. No email. No message. Nothing. For days, I was convinced the bag had been stolen en route to the airport. I contacted drivers, retraced steps, and stressed endlessly—only to finally call the hotel and hear, oh-so-casually, “Yes, it’s here.” Really? You had my reservation, my name, my email, my phone number, and decided not to say a word? What was the plan—wait me out until the “holding period” passed? I eventually arranged a courier to retrieve it, but the whole episode left a bitter aftertaste. Hospitality is supposed to inspire trust, not suspicion. So, would I recommend this hotel? For cleanliness and sweet staff, yes. For safeguarding valuables? Absolutely not.

It's located at the great location. Near to shopping, Carrefour supermarket and famous town centre. The staffs are very friendly. The only improvement is to provide complimentary coffee / tea options in the room.

The location is in the perfect area, lots to do and see Rooms are not so nice avoid rooms ending in 5 If you are there for one night then you might be ok AC is a pain to control always super cold does not matter what you set the temperature to.

The rooms were small, looked big in the pictures. First room offered had no other window, the fire exit was not properly designed. Staff was however very friendly. They did not give us heads up for the parking situation around the property.

Lovely staff. We stayed in the apartment across the road so didn't use the hotel. Didn't take the option of breakfast so couldn't comment. Area is busy and bustling. Buses stop outside so there is road noise but it didn't affect us too mch as windows were well insulated. We couldn't understand the air con so did without. 3 minute walk to train for airport. Less than 5 minutes to the old city and Atrazana Market next door. 10-15 stroll to marina and 5-10 more to beach.
